March 2010, Berlin/Grenoble: A light version of conpros’ Airport PerfOrmance Dashboard (APOD) is used as user interface to deliver the collected and processed passenger data using state-of-the art technology proven in the retail business to the airport service management for information and action.
conpros’ Passenger Measurement Dashboard integrates further data from other sources (e.g. EPAX numbers, delays, …) for full level SLA- and KPI-evaluation and alerts and their distribution to the respective addressee in the airport community. The dashboard may be individualized as needed an upgraded to a full function performance dashboard.
